Terms of Use
Last updated: 24/06/2026
These terms govern your use of the website vinail.net and the Vinail software. Vinail is operated by HUNG DUONG (see Impressum). By registering or using the service, you agree to the terms below.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Vinail, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Description of the service
Vinail is an internal management tool for nail salons: turn rotation, pay and commission, tips, internal cash flow, appointments and online booking.
Vinail is NOT a financial cash register with TSE under KassenSichV and issues no tax receipts. Keep using a compliant cash-register solution for the tax part.
3. Account and responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You undertake to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
4. Plans and payment
Vinail offers subscriptions with terms of 3, 6 or 12 months. Payment is made by PayPal or by bank transfer (VietQR).
The price is shown clearly before payment, with no hidden fees. The subscription may be renewed for the chosen term. Refunds (if any) follow applicable law and the payment processor's policies.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, gain unauthorised access, or interfere with or disrupt the service.
6. Legal boundary
The payroll overview in Vinail is an internal aid for your own oversight; it does not replace an official payroll statement or the services of a tax advisor (Steuerberater).
Threshold alerts (e.g. Minijob/minimum wage) are for guidance only and are not legal or tax advice.
7. Your data
You own the data you enter into Vinail. We process it under the Privacy Policy and provide tools to export your data.
8. Intellectual property
The software, interface, brand and content of Vinail belong to Vinail. You receive a right to use the service for the duration of the subscription and may not copy or redistribute it.
9. Availability
We strive for stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance windows or incidents may occur.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for serious breaches of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law at the provider's seat and the place of data storage (EU/Germany), unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
13. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14. Contact
For questions about the terms, contact: [email protected].
