Vinail is prepaid per term of 3, 6 or 12 months for a single software plan that covers both operations and finances — longer terms cost less per month, with no per-staff fees and no hidden fees. The AI Receptionist is an add-on priced by monthly minute bundles; chains have their own plan. All prices below are the ones currently in effect.

Vinail is management and record-keeping software. It never collects or holds the salon's customers' payments — customers pay the salon directly, in-store. The salon's own subscription to Vinail is paid by the owner by PayPal or bank transfer.

AI Receptionist (add-on)

Frequently asked questions
Is Vinail a cash register (TSE under KassenSichV)?
No. Vinail is an internal management tool for nail salons, not a financial cash register, and it issues no tax receipts under KassenSichV. Keep using your cash register for the tax part; Vinail handles operations, turns, pay and internal cash flow.
Does it work without IT skills?
Yes. Vinail is built around tapping instead of typing: big buttons, few menus, Vietnamese by default (German and English available). Staff sign in with a salon code and a 4-digit PIN. Usable right away, even with no prior experience.
What about multiple locations?
A chain account manages multiple salons. The owner sees a combined overview, compares individual locations and switches with one click. Each salon's data stays strictly separate.
How do I pay?
You can start with a free trial (no card needed). After that, you pay the Vinail subscription upfront for a term of 3, 6 or 12 months. The price is shown clearly beforehand — no hidden costs and no automatic renewal.
Does Vinail replace the tax advisor or the payroll statement?
No. Vinail calculates working hours and warns about the Minijob threshold, but it is an internal overview and does not replace an official payroll statement. Your tax advisor (Steuerberater) stays responsible for tax and pay; Vinail exports the data for that.
Can data mix between salons? Can numbers be changed secretly?
Each salon has separate data at the database level, doubly protected — no view into other salons. Closed receipts are tamper-proof and important changes are logged. The numbers stay transparent.
What do I get when I sign up for Vinail?
One complete plan with everything a salon needs: fair turn rotation, appointments and online booking, billing per receipt, hourly pay and commission, Minijob alert, transparent tips, cash book (cash/bank) and reports. You only choose a term of 3, 6 or 12 months. The AI Receptionist is an optional add-on.
Does the AI Receptionist speak Vietnamese?
Yes. The AI Receptionist answers in Vietnamese, German and English and detects the caller's language automatically. Callers are answered right away and can book during the call — the appointment lands straight in the salon's app.
Can I try the AI Receptionist for free?
The free trial covers the salon software only — the AI Receptionist is a separate paid add-on. When you buy a software plan of 6+ months, you get 50% off its first month to try it at low cost. You can also explore the demo salon for free at any time.
Is the AI Receptionist billed per call or at a fixed price?
Priced per month — each tier has a fixed monthly price and a monthly minute allowance, with no surprise per-call fees.
